Parashmani Jewellers ("we", "our", or "the company") is a registered jewellery establishment operating from IB/2, Aswinagar, Baguiati, Kolkata – 700159. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and persons transacting with us whether in-store or online.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All jewellery prices are quoted based on the prevailing daily gold rate as declared by the Bullion Association at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary between visit and purchase confirmation.

• Making charges, stone costs, and taxes (GST) are applied separately and shown on the invoice.
• Final billing rates are as per the rate prevalent on the invoice date.
• Advance bookings are locked at the rate applicable on the date of full payment.

We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and bank transfer. All payments must be settled in full prior to the handover of jewellery.

• Cheque payments are accepted but jewellery will be released only after clearance.
• For orders above ₹2,00,000, PAN card details are mandatory as per Income Tax regulations.
• GST will be levied as per applicable rates at the time of purchase.
• Receipts and invoices will be issued for all transactions.

All gold jewellery sold at Parashmani Jewellers is BIS hallmarked in accordance with the Bureau of Indian Standards Act. Diamond jewellery is certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

The hallmark and certification confirm the purity and quality of your jewellery. We encourage customers to verify the hallmark stamp on all purchases.

Custom-designed jewellery orders are accepted subject to design approval and advance payment.

• A minimum advance of 50% of the estimated value is required to initiate a custom order.
• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement and are indicative.
• Custom orders, once confirmed and production commenced, cannot be cancelled.
• Minor design variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of artisan work.

Parashmani Jewellers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse, improper storage, or alteration of jewellery by the customer or any third party.

We are not responsible for fluctuations in gold or gemstone market prices after purchase. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
